Each visit includes a thorough Interior and Exterior Inspection. 2. On the second visit of each month, we will dust the front door and garage doors to reduce yard waste and deter pests. 3. On the third visit, we will treat the air-conditioning unit using hydrogen peroxide, bleach, vinegar, or specialized pellets. Interior Inspection • Check HVAC operation and replace filters as needed and dated. • Verify thermostat settings • Inspect water heater for leaks • Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors • Run faucets, flush toilets, and inspect for leaks • Examine the electrical panel • Confirm refrigerator and freezer function • Ensure doors and windows are secure • Check for water intrusion and stains Exterior Inspection • Collect and secure any delivered packages • Inspect doors and locks for signs of damage • Assess lawn for drainage issues • Examine roof for visible damage • Check pool water levels and test pump operation • Inspect pool cage or enclosure for integrity
